Order Processing Time
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and an estimated delivery date.
Shipping Method and Rates
Standard Shipping: We offer a standard shipping option for all domestic orders. Delivery usually takes between 6-8 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Free standard shipping is available for orders over ₹499.
Delivery Availability
We currently deliver to specific pin codes in India.
To check if we deliver to your pin code, please enter your pin code during the checkout process. If your pin code is not eligible for delivery, we will notify you during checkout, and you will not be able to complete your order.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently offer shipping within India only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Items
VLOOKE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the issue is reported to us within 4 days of delivery, we may assist with claims for damaged goods.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can make changes to your order before it is processed, but once an order has shipped, no changes can be made.
